1. About Us

Natty Bee is a trading name of NattyBee Trustee Pty Ltd ATF [Name] Family Trust (ABN: 71 501 634 639), operating from Perth, Western Australia. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to this entity. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Products

Natty Bee sells freeze-dried (lyophilized) royal jelly powder. Our products are sold as food products under the FSANZ Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. They are not registered as therapeutic goods with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Allergen warning: Our products contain royal jelly, which is a bee product and a listed allergen. They are not suitable for individuals with bee product allergies and are not recommended for children under 12 months. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional before use.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately on our website. However, we do not guarantee that colours, dimensions, or packaging will exactly match what you see on screen, as displays vary between devices.

4. Pre-Orders

Natty Bee operates a pre-order model for certain product batches. When you place a pre-order:

  • You will be charged the full purchase price at the time of placing your order.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 14 business days of the pre-order window closing. The estimated ship date is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
  • Pre-order pricing, including any founding batch discounts, is confirmed at the time of purchase and will not change after your order is placed.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post or an equivalent tracked carrier.

  • Free shipping on orders over $99.
  • Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99.
  • Express upgrade available for an additional $5.
  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 pm AWST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide at checkout. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship or refund at our discretion.

7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software, is the property of Natty Bee or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natty Bee, its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

This clause does not apply to the extent that it would contravene the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or databases.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from our website by automated means without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website.
